3. Eligibility and Registration
3.1. Eligibility: To use the Platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the United Kingdom.
3.2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
4. Services and Conduct
4.1. Nature of Services: The Platform offers health and wellness coaching and medical advice based on the information you provide, including blood tests and biomarkers. These services are intended to support your overall well-being but do not replace professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.
4.2. Client Responsibilities: You agree to:
- Provide truthful and complete information to Coaches and Medical Administrators.
- Follow the advice and recommendations provided to the best of your ability.
- Consult with your primary healthcare provider before making significant changes to your health regimen.
4.3. No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Use of the Platform does not establish a doctor-patient relationship between you and any Medical Administrator. The advice provided is for informational purposes and should not be considered a substitute for in-person medical consultations.
5. Health and Safety Disclaimer
5.1. Not Emergency Services: The Platform is not designed for emergency situations. In case of a medical emergency, call 999 or visit the nearest emergency facility immediately.
5.2. Limitation of Liability: While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, HolistiCare.io does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of any information provided. We are not liable for any decisions made based on the information obtained through the Platform.
5.3. Medical Disclaimer for Specific Health Conditions: If you have a history of surgery, chronic or specific illnesses, are pregnant, or have other special medical conditions, it is imperative that you consult with your physician before implementing any recommendations or programs provided by our coaches. This precaution ensures that the advice is safe and appropriate for your individual health circumstances.
5.4. Confidentiality and Personal Responsibility Clause: The recommendations and programs provided by our coaches are tailored specifically for your individual use, based on your unique circumstances and needs. You are strictly prohibited from sharing these recommendations with others. Should any third party utilize these personalized recommendations, you will bear full responsibility for any resulting consequences or issues. HolistiCare.io, along with its coaches and administrators, disclaim any liability arising from unauthorized or improper use of your personalized recommendations by others.
6. Fees and Payments
6.1. Payment Terms: Certain Services may require payment. By selecting such Services, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on the Platform.
6.2. Refund Policy: Fees for Services rendered are non-refundable. If you have concerns about the Services provided, please contact our support team.
